Shipping Policy

  • Processing and Cut-Off Time: All orders placed before 4:00 PM Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, over the weekend, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • Delivery Carrier: We ship all our parcels via DPD Next Working Day delivery service to ensure secure and trackable transit.

  • Delivery Timescales: Once dispatched, DPD aims to deliver your parts on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Please note that standard next-day delivery does not include guaranteed weekend delivery unless a specific Saturday/Sunday service has been selected at checkout.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the delivery destination, weight, and parcel size of the automotive parts ordered.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and text message from DPD containing your tracking number and a scheduled delivery time window.

  • Delivery Issues: If your parcel fails to arrive within the expected timeframe or if there is visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, please notify us immediately at info@sxrparts.com or call us at (+44) 0121 622 2976 so we can investigate with the courier.
