The purchase contract is finalized only when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to decline orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

  • Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable statutory taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept secure payments via major credit/debit cards and approved checkout processors. You confirm that the payment details provided are valid and authorized.

  • Shipping and Delivery: We dispatch orders according to our stated delivery terms (e.g., next-day delivery on qualifying orders placed before 4 PM Monday–Friday). Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon physical delivery to the specified shipping address.

  • Returns and Refunds: We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.
